Coronavirus – Client Update

March 25, 2020

Following recent announcements by the UK and Scottish Government, we are suspending our interior plant maintenance and exterior grounds maintenance services with immediate effect.

We will continue to deliver our gritting service to sites that are operational and have critical functions.

This is not a step we have taken lightly, but our colleagues’ safety is paramount, as is our responsibility to protect others. Over the past few weeks, we have made various adjustments to our operations to allow us to keep maintaining your plants and grounds, always following the government’s guidelines in doing so, but this is now longer possible.

At present we are working under the assumption that the week beginning the 13th of April we will recommence a limited maintenance service for our clients whose premises are open. Your help in communicating with us what is happening in your office/building would be greatly appreciated.

If these past few months have taught us anything, it’s the importance of our collective health, of which I do believe plants and grounds are essential elements. We look forward to getting back to our job of making your workplace healthy and green once this situation is over.

Our contract managers are available to answer any questions  and will keep you updated in the coming weeks as to any changes in our operations.

Thank you for your understanding and my best wishes through this challenging time for you and all your loved ones.
