With over 85 stores including Boots, Primark and Argos, Motherwell Shopping Centre is buzzing at the heart of the local community.

The store choice along with accessibility, free parking and free Wi Fi make shopping a local attraction.

GP Plantscape have been working closely with Commercial & Industrial Cleaning Services Limited (CICS LTD ), who manage the exterior maintenance contract and the Centre and to provide exterior landscaping and gritting and snow clearing services on site to ensure that the landscaping on site is to the highest standard and that the site is fully accessible over the winter months.

Exterior Maintenance

General exterior maintenance is carried out throughout the centre during both the summer and the winter months including grass cutting around the perimeter, weed control , shrub bed maintenance and summer and winter bedding in fixtures in the mall. In summer 2014 we also provided the centre with hanging baskets improve the landscape in the centre, providing floral eye catching displays.

A new additional for this year were Green Bins, providing a vibrant, contemporary feel whilst also facilitating recycling.

Winter Services

When the Scottish weather is at its worst its important that customers can still find a place to park so GP Plantscape provide a proactive winter maintenance service to ensure that car parks at the centre are accessible all year round.
